FACES GOES HOLLYWOOD - SUMMER CAMP 2010 - JULY 12-16, 2010 - 9 A.M. - 3 P.M. DAILY

FACES campers will be taking a trip this summer to Hollywood... well, not literally! Your child will enjoy the experience of FACES camp as we go through the week incorporating some of the best loved Hollywood/Disney/Pixar movies!

FACES Summer Camp is for children ages 4-22 who have been diagnosed with Autism, PDD-NOS, Asperger's Syndrome, SDD - significant developmental delay or developmentally delayed.

Camp application is available below as well as a sheet on how you can save up to $150 off your child's camp fees.

FEES:

$50 non-refundable registration fee must be sent in with your application. This reserves your child's place in the appropriate group for this week. Class size is no more than 4:1 and in many cases 3:1, with no less than 2 teachers in one class of 8 children. Once a class is filled, other applicants will be placed on a waiting list. If no place is available, you will receive a refund of this fee.

$250 camp fee, can be paid in installments of $125 by April 15 and $125 by May 18th.

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT! SAVE $50! Pay $200 in full by May 1 (does not include the $50 registration fee).

Your child will have a fun week with highly qualified teachers, activities that are age and ability appropriate, social skills development, adaptive recreational activities, and more.
